Conics is a leading development consultancy focused on urban growth and infrastructure. We help our clients, both public and private, meet the challenges of urban growth and infrastructure delivery through a unique combination of services: Design, Planning, Surveying and Economics + Advisory.

Our development intelligence and services are delivered from 12 metropolitan and regional offices across eastern Australia. We combine the expertise and technical skills of our diverse professionals for a holistic project perspective.

Conics was formed in 2005 through the merger of PMM and C&B, two of Queensland’s leading land development consultancies. Since this time, a number of complimentary businesses have merged with Conics, including Core Economics, Rose Atkins and Pioneer Surveys, increasing our scale and geographic reach. So while our name is relatively new, our management and operations have a long and successful history in the industry.
